As president of New Experience Nonprofit Services LLC, Lois Favier brings over 25 years of public and private sector knowledge and skills including 15 years in mid and executive level nonprofit management positions to work for you. Her experience runs the gamut from facilitating the start up of a $4 million foundation, owning and managing two small businesses, and serving as an officer in the United States Air Force.
Lois has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Marist College, a BA in History from Penn State University, and a Certificate in Public Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has also completed PHR certification training and attended numerous workshops including Social Networks and Employment Law, How To Develop an Organizational Dashboard, How To Define Success in Social Change, and Hot Legal Topics for Nonprofits.
Lois is currently working to establish a senior transportation service in her community and serves on the Transportation Committee of the Lehigh Valley Partnership for a Disability Friendly Community. She has also actively volunteered with the Arthritis Foundation, Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter, New Orleans rebuilding effort, long term care Ombudsman Program, Fresh Air Host Family, Literacy Volunteers of Greater Syracuse, and the League of Women Voters.
